Worship in Pink: A Cancer Awareness Celebration

St. Mark’s Baptist Church invites the community to join us for Worship in Pink: A Cancer Awareness Celebration. This special worship experience brings together faith, education, encouragement, and community as we honor cancer survivors, support caregivers, remember those we have lost, and share hope with families touched by cancer.

This year’s Cancer Conversations theme is “Caring, Awareness & Advancing Hope,” with special emphasis on caregivers and clinical trials. Whether your journey has involved breast cancer or another type of cancer, you are welcome. All cancers. All people. All welcome.

Come worship with us, bring a survivor, invite a caregiver, and join a community committed to reminding everyone facing cancer that they do not have to walk the journey alone.

Participants include: Reverend Donald Taylor, Host Pastor; Beverly Boxie, Celebration Chair; Minister Shavon Moore Cage, Emcee; Dr. Gwendolyn Richardson, Speaker; and Pastor Rhonda Holbert, Speaker.
